How to Make Teething Easier for Your Baby at Bedtime

Use Teething Toys

Teething toys can soothe sore gums. Choose toys made from safe, non-toxic materials and chill them in the refrigerator to numb the gums and reduce inflammation. Follow the application instructions carefully to avoid overuse and potential adverse effects. We do not recommend the use of teething gels as they could contain chemicals that may not be safe for your little ones.


Avoid Overstimulation

Avoid exposing your baby to anything that might excite or stress them before bed. This includes loud noises, bright lights, and exciting activities, as these can make it harder for your baby to wind down and fall asleep.


Maintain a Comfortable Sleep Environment

Ensure that your baby’s sleep environment is conducive to restful sleep. Keep the room calm and quiet, use a supportive mattress, and consider using a white noise machine to create a soothing background sound. The bedding must be breathable to prevent overheating and provide a safe sleeping space.
